Return Policy

Any in stock Kubota part received from Barnes Equipment Inc. may be returned by the original purchaser for a full refund if the item is returned in its original unaltered condition.

Any non-stock items ordered will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

The customer should call for a return authorization and return freight must be prepaid by customer.

A copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation including name, address and phone number should be enclosed with the return.
After a returned item is received and inspected at Barnes Equipment, a credit or refund will be issued to original form of payment.
Any items retuned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Any items which have been modified or damaged or installed will not be accepted
